Returns & Exchanges

Due to COVID-19, there may be some shipping delays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via your email. Please note that it may take up to 24-48 hours before the tracking number can be updated online.

We are currently only shipping within the US. If you are looking to make an international purpose please contact us here.

Undeliverable and Refused Packages 

In the event that your order delivery is rejected for any reason or considered undeliverable because of an invalid shipping address. We are not responsible for packages that have been lost, stolen or mis-delivered.

Shipping Errors or Damaged Products 

We are committed to selling only high-quality products. If you have received a wrong or damaged product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the order to be eligible for a free exchange with a new, similar product or refund. In the case of a refund, we will be able to issue your full refund within 30 days of us receiving the wrong or damaged product.

Returns

Items can be returned within 7 days of the date of purchase and accompanied by proof of purchase. These items must be unused and in the same condition as it was received. Brainwash reserves the right, at its sole discretion to determine if returned merchandise is in like new condition. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will returned to you. If we identify through electronic analysis an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from such customers at Brainwash.

Exchanges

All exchanges must be done within 7 days of the date of purchase. These items must be unused and in the same condition as it was received. Customers exchanging items are responsible for the shipping cost of the returning item(s). If items are returned to us by USPS due to incomplete or insufficient address, customer is responsible for postage of re-shipment. If address is entered wrong at checkout, please reach out within 24 hours.
